为模拟直驱永磁同步风力发电机(Direct Drive Permanent Magnet synchronous windpower Generator, DDPMG) 与传统同步发电机故障振动的共性,实现对风力发电机故障的研究,提出一种基于频谱分析的DDPMG模拟研究方法,借助变速调频装置改变同步发电机的转速,模拟DDPMG的振动,可有效区分3种不同类型的机械故障,并有效定位故障点。实验结果表明:ZonicBook618E振动测试仪对DDPMG故障类型的模拟是真实、有效的。

In order to simulate the common vibration fault of direct drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator (DDPMG) and traditional synchronous generator, puts forward a new diagnosis simulation research method of DDPMG based on spectrum analysis, changing the rotate speed of the generator to simulate the vibration of DDPMG by variable speed and frequency modulation device. It could effectively distinguish three different types of mechanical failures and located fault point. The experimental result shows that: ZonicBook 618E vibration tester simulates the DDPMG failure is veracious and effective.
