为应对大规模光伏发电并网运行对电网电压水平的诸多不利影响,对传统的三级无功电压控制进行分析,基于电网无功电压分层分区平衡特点和复杂控制系统的分级递阶控制原理,提出利用多种无功源协调控制技术来解决因光伏发电引起的电网电压波动的方法。分析结果表明:建立光伏发电与传统无功源的协调机制,是维持合大规模光伏发电电网电压水平的可行性较强的技术方式。
為應對大規模光伏髮電併網運行對電網電壓水平的諸多不利影響,對傳統的三級無功電壓控製進行分析,基于電網無功電壓分層分區平衡特點和複雜控製繫統的分級遞階控製原理,提齣利用多種無功源協調控製技術來解決因光伏髮電引起的電網電壓波動的方法。分析結果錶明:建立光伏髮電與傳統無功源的協調機製,是維持閤大規模光伏髮電電網電壓水平的可行性較彊的技術方式。

Aiming at the bad influence of.the solar photovoltaic generation, analyzes the traditional three-level reactive voltage automatic control mode, bases on the peculiarity of power grid reactive voltage balance control according to layer and area and the control theory of classification-hierarchical increasing control for complex control system, puts forward the method of using many reactive power source harmony control technique to solve the power grid voltage fluctuate by the solar photovohaic generation. The analysis result shows that: to establish the harmonious mechanism of solar photovoltaic generation and the traditional reactive power source is the technique mode with strong feasibility for keeping the voltage level of power grid including on a large scale solar photovoltaic generation station.
