核心竞争力是关乎高职院校生存与发展的关键。本文主要就我省及我院涉农专业课程体系与教学资源库建设的特点，在服务地方经济建设上所起的作用，对专业核心竞争力形成产生的主要影响，进行了初步研究和探讨，并提出了加强核心竞争力的培育建议。

The core competence is the key of the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. This paper discussed the characteristics of agricultural professional curriculum system and teaching resources storehouse construction, the role in the local economic construction, the effect of the main influence on professional core competitiveness, and put forward suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of core competitive force.
