以人均延误最小为优化目标,在调查交叉口交通流量与当前信号配时的基础上,以相位乘客流量比和相位饱和度确定绿信比,优化信号配时,尽可能提高公交车的出行效率。通过对实例的理论计算和软件仿真,结果表明,在相位流量未达到饱和时,绿信比优化方法能够提高进口道路通行能力的利用率,减小交叉口的人均延误,在保障交叉口交通顺畅的前提下实现公交优先。

Based on investigation of traffic flow and current signal timing of intersections, the green ratio is determined by passenger flow ratio and phase saturation so as to minimize per capita delay. Signal timing is optimized and bus trip efficiency is improved. Instances are tested by theoretical calculation and software simulation, the results show that when the phase flow is not saturated, the green ratio optimization method can improve the entrance lane capacity utilization rate, reduce average passenger delay and implement bus priority on the premise of traffic smoothing.
