以壳聚糖为催化剂,以无水乙醇为溶剂,通过水杨醛与丙二酸二乙酯的Knoevenagel缩合反应合成香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯。对影响香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯产率的因素如反应物物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂用量、溶剂用量、反应温度等进行了研究。结果表明:丙二酸二乙酯0.06 mol、水杨醛0.05 mol、反应时间120 min、壳聚糖3.0 g、无水乙醇10.0 mL、反应温度70℃时,香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯的产率可达87%。催化剂催化效率高,对环境友好,可重复使用。
以殼聚糖為催化劑,以無水乙醇為溶劑,通過水楊醛與丙二痠二乙酯的Knoevenagel縮閤反應閤成香豆素-3-羧痠乙酯。對影響香豆素-3-羧痠乙酯產率的因素如反應物物質的量比、反應時間、催化劑用量、溶劑用量、反應溫度等進行瞭研究。結果錶明:丙二痠二乙酯0.06 mol、水楊醛0.05 mol、反應時間120 min、殼聚糖3.0 g、無水乙醇10.0 mL、反應溫度70℃時,香豆素-3-羧痠乙酯的產率可達87%。催化劑催化效率高,對環境友好,可重複使用。

Coumarin-3- ethyl--carboxylate was synthesized with salicylaldehyde and di- ethylmalonate by using absolute alcohol as solvent and chitosan as catalyst. Some factors that in- flunced the yield of coumarin-3- ethyl--carboxylate were studied. The results showed that the yield of coumarin-3- ethyl--carboxylate was up to 87% when diethylmalonate was 0. 06 mol, sal- icylaldehyde was 0.05 mol, chitosan was 3.0 g, the reaction time was 120 min, and absolute alcohol was 10 mL, the temperature was 70℃.
