利用1961—2010年锡林郭勒盟15个气象站的年及夏季（6—8月）逐月降水量资料，分析了锡林郭勒盟降水的时空变化特征和夏季旱涝年。结果表明：锡林郭勒盟降水量总体上呈南多北少，东多西少的分布特征；近50a降水量没有明显的增减变化趋势，但年际波动特征明显，近10a降水量显著减少。用区域夏季降水指数确定出1998年为涝年，而1980、2001、2005和2010年为夏季旱年。
이용1961—2010년석림곽륵맹15개기상참적년급하계（6—8월）축월강수량자료，분석료석림곽륵맹강수적시공변화특정화하계한로년。결과표명：석림곽륵맹강수량총체상정남다북소，동다서소적분포특정；근50a강수량몰유명현적증감변화추세，단년제파동특정명현，근10a강수량현저감소。용구역하계강수지수학정출1998년위로년，이1980、2001、2005화2010년위하계한년。
By using the annual and summer (June-August) monthly precipitation data of 15 observing stations which from 1961 to 2010 years in Xilinguole region ,the spatial and temporal variation of precipitation and sum- mer floods and drought typical years of Xilinguole region were analyzed. The results showed that the precipitation was decreasing trend, rainfall in northern of xilinguole league was generally less than in the southern, the precip- itation in western was generally less than in the eastern. Nearly 50 years, there were not significant changes in the trend of precipitation change,but the inter-annual fluctuation characteristics was obvious, there was signifi- cant reduction in precipitation in recent 10 years. According to regional precipitation index and the amount of summer precipitation can initially identified in 1998 for the Xilinguole League region of extreme floods in the summer, and in 2010, 2001 and 1980, extreme drought year for the summer.
