沉管隧道工程建设中的隧道管节防水层对砂流法地基处理的影响不容忽视。利用砂流法模型试验,通过在模型板底面打磨、涂抹环氧树脂来研究隧道底面涂层对砂流法地基处理的影响,获得了砂盘半径、模型板底水压力随时间变化的关系曲线。分析表明:环氧树脂涂层条件下的砂流法形成砂盘半径扩展趋势为二次曲线;树脂等光滑涂层对砂盘半径扩展有利,且砂盘半径越大。影响越明显:树脂涂层板底下的水压力瞬时峰值较大。工程实践中应提高管节底面施工平整度并采用摩擦系数小的防水层。如钢板、环氧树脂等涂层。

The impact of waterproof layer of the immersed tube tunnel on the foundation treatment by sand flow method should not be ignored in construction. By the model test of sand flow method, the effect of epoxy coating of the immersed tube tunnel bottom surface on the sand flow method of foundation treatment were gained. Relationship curves of sand-deposit radius, water pressure under the model board changing with time were obtained.The analysis shows that the sand-deposit radius expansion trends are quadratic curve under epoxy coating of tube bottom. Epoxy coating is beneficial to the expansion of the sand deposit. The foundation trench is of large water pressure instanta- neous with epoxy coating bottom surface. Waterproof coating with few friction coefficients should be used in the en- gineering practice.
