针对工业自动化生产线上产品的高效分拣问题，设计了一套以单片机为中央控制单元的智能声光辅助分选系统．系统采用语音芯片对由软件识别的当前检测结果实时报读，并通过相应颜色的信号灯同步指示．以某公司在线分选密胺板为例，给出了系统的组成、软硬件设计，以及噪音控制措施．实践表明，该系统工作稳定、抗干扰能力强、语音清晰无噪音，满足工业检测的要求，大大提高了产品的分选效率．

Aiming at high-efficiency sorting for the products in industrial automatic production line, an intelli- gent acousto-optic auxiliary sorting system with MCU is presented. The current detection of results discrimination were read out by the special software using intelligent voice IC and cued by three signal lamps with different col- ors synchronously. Take online sorting melamine board made in a certain company as an example, the paper mainly introduces the acousto-optic auxiliary sorting system, including the constitution of the system, the design of hardware and software, the operation principle and reducing noise measures. The application shows that the system is stable with good signal to noise ratio and high anti-jamming capability. The system can satisfy industrial detection demand and greatly improve the efficiency of sorting products.
