The Chinese water-ink cartoons are the artistic products with typical Chinese cultural characteristics and the significance of heritage and innovation.But they do not move forward as much as they should became of many holdbacks.Under the development of new situation,the modern water-ink cartoons should develop with the help of new technology and commercial styles.
