流域生态补偿是应对流域资源外部性的制度创新,在国际上已有广泛的研究与实践。该领域的研究体现了以经济学科为根本兼具多学科交叉的特点。因此着重从经济学的视角梳理了我国流域生态补偿的本质属性、研究现状与基本内容,作了相应评述,并揭示出这些研究回答了流域生态补偿的三大关键问题,即由谁补偿,怎么补偿和补偿多少,最后指出了我国流域生态补偿今后研究应该突破的四个方向。

The river ecological compensation is an institutional innovation to resolve the externalities of river resources,which has a wide range of international research and practice.In this field it reflects a situation of the interdisciplinary research and economic disciplines as a foundation,therefore,this study examines the essential attribute of river ecological compensation,research situation and content in China,then,it finally makes necessary comments and indicate four potential research directions for the future research;and hold that all these researches are to answer the three crucial questions of who,how and how much to pay in terms of river ecological compensation.
