采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等对江苏省苏北地区高职院在校非体育专业高职生课外体育锻炼行为进行全面调研,结果表明：学生参加体育锻炼频度低、时间短和人数少。分析了这一现状,提出从校园体育文化建设视角为切入点转变高职生体育锻炼行为缺失问题,构建体育显性课程与＂隐性＂课程相合的一体化模式,营造体育氛围,实现环境育人的教育理念。

This article has a research on non-sports students in high vocational colleges about extracurricular physical exercise behavior by the way of having literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The results show that,it is a short time for a small number of students to take part in physical exercise.This paper describes a way to solve the missing problems of extracurricular physical exercise in high vocational colleges by the construction of campus sports culture.By the construction of sports dominant courses and recessive course we believe can achieve environmental educational ideas.
