本文研究了输变电工程项目经济效益后评价的特点和内容,建立了输变电工程项目经济效益后评价的指标体系。在评价方法上,选择了模糊层次综合评价方法,建立了输变电工程项目经济效益后评价的综合评价模型。通过案例实证,对输变电工程项目经济效益后评价的方法进行了具体分析和应用。实证表明,该模型能有效地评价输变电工程项目的经济效益。

This paper focuses on the economic benefits post-evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project.Based on their characteristics and contents,we establish the index system of post-evaluation of economic benefits.In evaluation methods,we choose fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation and then build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of power transmission and transformation project.The comprehensive evaluation model was used to one power transmission and transformation project.The results show that this model can effectively evaluate the economic benefits of the power transmission and transformation project.
