目的：观察眼针与针药结合法治疗中风后遗症的临床效果。方法将200例中风后遗症患者随机分为对照组98例和治疗组102例。对照组采用针药结合治疗，治疗组在针药结合治疗的基础上给予眼针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组102例患者中，基本痊愈46例，占45.10%；有效51例，占50.00%；无效5例，占4.90%。对照组98例中，基本痊愈25例，占25.51%；有效50例，占51.02%；无效23例，占23.47%。两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论眼针与针药结合治疗中风后遗症疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰안침여침약결합법치료중풍후유증적림상효과。방법장200례중풍후유증환자수궤분위대조조98례화치료조102례。대조조채용침약결합치료，치료조재침약결합치료적기출상급여안침치료。비교량조림상료효。결과치료조102례환자중，기본전유46례，점45.10%；유효51례，점50.00%；무효5례，점4.90%。대조조98례중，기본전유25례，점25.51%；유효50례，점51.02%；무효23례，점23.47%。량조총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론안침여침약결합치료중풍후유증료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical ef ect of eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine in the threatment of apoplectic sequela. Methods: 200 patients with apoplectic sequela were randomly divided into the control group of 98 patientsand and the treatment group of 102 patients.The control group received the combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine while the treatment group received eye acupuncture treatment in addition to the combined acupuncture and medicine treatment. Clinical ef ects of the two groups were compared. Results:102 patients of the treatment group,46 cases were cured,accounting for 45.10%;51 cases were ef ective,accounting for 50.00%,5cases with no response ,accounting for4.90%,with the total ef ective rate of 95.10%.98 patients of the control group,25 cases were cured, accounting for 25.51%;50 cases were ef ective ,accounting for 51.02%,23 cases with no response ,accounting for 23.47%,with the total ef ective rate of 76.53%.There were significant dif erences of total ef ective rate between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Eye acupuncture and combined acupuncture and medicine is significantly ef ective on apoplectic sequela,thereby worthy of clinical application.
