目的：探讨氨曲南治疗下呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果和不良事件情况，为提高患者呼吸道感染治愈率提供参考。方法选择我院2010年~2012年收治的200例下呼吸道感染患者，通过数字对照法随机分成两组，一组为治疗组100例，采用氨曲南进行治疗；另一组为对照组100例，采用头孢他啶进行治疗，对两组的治疗情况进行对比分析。结果治疗组有62例患者治疗效果显效，总有效率92.0%；对照组有45例患者显效，总有效率72.0%。通过统计分析可知治疗组的治疗效果显著好于对照组，P＜0.05。结论氨曲南对于治疗下呼吸道感染效果显著，其特点是抗菌谱广、抑制细菌繁殖力强、机体易于吸收和不良事件发生率低等，在临床上适于推广用于下呼吸道感染的治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic ef ect of aztreonam in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections and adverse events, in order to improve the cure rate of patients with respiratory tract infection and provide reference. Methods 2010-2012 hospital treated 200 cases of lower respiratory tract infection patients, through the digital control method were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the treatment group of 100 cases, using the aztreonam treatment; the other group was 100 cases in the control group, were treated with ceftazidime, comparative analysis of treatment two group. Results 62 patients in the treatment group treatment ef ect, the total ef iciency of 92%;control group of 45 cases markedly ef ective, the total ef ective rate was 72%. Through the statistical analysis shows that the therapeutic ef ect of the treatment group was significantly bet er than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion aztreonam for significant ef ect in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection, which is characterized by broad antibacterial spectrum, high fecundity, inhibiting bacteria could be absorbed and incidence of adverse events was low, suitable for promotion in clinic for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
