探讨了低浓度苯吸入染毒对尾吊模拟失重大鼠肝肾功能及脂质过氧化的的影响。将20只雄性SD大鼠随机分为:对照和染毒组。对照组吸入新鲜空气,染毒组吸入10mg/m。的苯气体,每天24h,连续7d。结果表明,低浓度苯吸入染毒可导致尾吊SD大鼠肝功能和过氧化损伤使血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)极显著升高(P〈0.01),丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)明显升高(P〈0.05),总胆汁酸(TBA)极显著升高(P〈0.01)。染毒组中血清超氧化物歧化酶SOD活力极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶GSH—PX活力极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。

Effects of low concentration benzene exposure on liver and renal functions as well as lipid peroxidation for tail-suspended weightless rats are studied. 20 male SD rats are divided randomly into two groups-a control group with fresh air, and a benzene group breathed with a dose of 10mg/m^3 benzene, both for 7 days and 24 hours per day. As compared with the control group, low concentration benzene could danmify the hepatic parenchymal cell,and significantly increase glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase (AST) (P 〈0.01), notably increase glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT) (P〈0.05) ; and significantly increase the total bile acid (TBA) (P〈0.01 ). Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in benzene group are significantly decreased(P〈0.01 ), and activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH- PX) significantly increased (P〈0.01). Results show that low concentration benzene exposure might result in hazards of liver functions and lipid peroxidation.
