观察切开复位T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。根据不同类型骨折采用不同入路，行桡骨远端骨折切开复位 T型钢板内固定治疗27例，随访23例疗效为优18例，良4例，可1例，优良率为96％。切开复位T型钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折，方法简单、安全、有效，合并症少，术后可获得关节面解剖复位，而且固定坚固，达到早期关节功能锻炼的目的，腕关节功能恢复满意，并防止愈合过程中复位的丢失。
觀察切開複位T型鋼闆內固定治療橈骨遠耑骨摺的治療效果。根據不同類型骨摺採用不同入路，行橈骨遠耑骨摺切開複位 T型鋼闆內固定治療27例，隨訪23例療效為優18例，良4例，可1例，優良率為96％。切開複位T型鋼闆內固定治療橈骨遠耑骨摺，方法簡單、安全、有效，閤併癥少，術後可穫得關節麵解剖複位，而且固定堅固，達到早期關節功能鍛煉的目的，腕關節功能恢複滿意，併防止愈閤過程中複位的丟失。

To observe the therapeutic ef ect of open reduction and T-plate fixation of distal radius fractures. Depending on the type of fracture method using dif erent approaches, the line of distal radius fractures with open reduction and internal fixation plate T 27 cases, 23 cases were fol owed up ef ect is excellent in 18 cases, good in 4 cases, 1 case, the fine was 96%. Conclusions Open reduction T-plate fixation of distal radius fractures, simple, safe, ef ective, less complications, postoperative anatomic reduction of the articular surface can be obtained, and fixed solid, to achieve the purpose of early joint functional exercise, wrist function satisfactory recovery and prevent the loss of the healing process reset.
