Some thoughts about the teachers' professional skills training are discussed in the paper. First of all, the teachers' professional skills training hardware environment is explored. Then, students' curriculum sys- tem, the development of the teachers' professional skill training resources and Chinese writing skills testing are analyzed and discussed. At last, the establishing normal information website idea is put forward.
