针对极度破碎地层取心率不高问题,设计并制造了一种新型单动双管钻具。该套金刚石单动双管钻具由钻杆接头、单动装置、内管、外管、卡心装置和超前侧喷钻头等组成。通过在云南羊拉矿区试验,能有效地提高破碎地层岩心采取率。
針對極度破碎地層取心率不高問題,設計併製造瞭一種新型單動雙管鑽具。該套金剛石單動雙管鑽具由鑽桿接頭、單動裝置、內管、外管、卡心裝置和超前側噴鑽頭等組成。通過在雲南羊拉礦區試驗,能有效地提高破碎地層巖心採取率。

Aiming at the problem of low coring recovery rate in extremely fractured formations, the paper designs a new double-barreled and single-acting coring tool, which comprises tool joint, single acting motion, inner pipe, outer pipe, core device and advance bore and lateral jet bit etc. Through the application test in Yangla mine, it can greatly improve the coring recovery rate in extremely fractured formations.
