竞技体育后备人才的培养是多种因素相互结合的复杂过程,而教育又是其中主导因素。针对我国当前以举国体制为主的培养体系所欠缺的教育因素,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较法,借鉴各世界竞技体育强国后备人才培养机制,吸取其中教育学理念,得出启示如下：重视少年儿童的身心全面健康发展,各培养机构的办学主体和举办者应当多元化,重视国家的宏观调控。

The cultivating of sports reserve talents is the complex process by combination of multiple factors.And the leading factor is the education.In view of our country current to the whole nation system based training system,the educational is the lacking factors.Therefore with the literature material law,the logical analytic method,comparison method,draw lessons from the world developed sports countries in sports reserve talents cultivation mechanism,its education idea,draw inspiration as follows.Pay attention to children's physical and mental health development,the training institutions of the main school and the organizers should be diversified,pay attention to the macroscopical adjusting control of the country.
