The rubber additives separating out is a problem which is often happening. Based on the shoes and boots of CAPF, this paper discusses the effect of the factors ( raw materials, formulation, rubber blends process, vulcanization process and storage conditions and so on) , analyses the causation, the types and the harm of the rubber additives separating out, and proposes the countermeasure.
