行刑监督是行刑程序不可缺少的重要组成部分。对监狱行刑公权力实行具有一定独立性的监督，不仅有利于保护犯人权益，也有利于监狱对犯人的教育和监狱安全。在我国实行由社会力量进行的独立监督，具有一定的法律和实践基础，是可行的，同时有国外经验可资借鉴。这一机制的建立有利于对公权力实施有效的监督。

Supervision is an indispensable part during the execution procedure.
