With the data of ash fusion point and components obtained by Analysis Laboratory in Henan Longyu Coal-to-Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, the regression analysis prediction models between fusion point and components of coal ash have been established by least squares. So the ash fusion point can be calculated through the prediction formula, which are in accordance with practically tested one. With this method, we can quickly obtain dependable data to guide the production operation.
