基于田口方法的稳健参数设计方法进行正交试验,利用位置与散度建模方法,对试验结数据进行信噪比以及位置、散度分析,研究预塑量、熔体温度、模具温度、注射速度、注射时间、注塑压力对聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯微孔塑料微孔形态的影响。研究表明,影响微孔直径大小的参数依次为注气时间、注塑压力、熔体温度、模具温度、预塑量、射出速度。最后通过最佳工艺组合预测微孔直径最优值,并通过试验验证,最终改善了微孔形态,提高了微孔发泡的质量。

The cell morphology of microcellular foamed PC/ABS affected by pre-plasticating volume,melt temperature, mould temperature,injection speed,inject time,pressure of gas injection were studied by using orthogonal experiments design on the base of taguchi design and the location and dispersion modeling.The experiment data were analyzed from the aspects of signal to noise ratio,location and dispersion.The results indicate that the affecting order on cell morphology is as follows:inject time,pressure of gas injection,melt temperature,mould temperature,pre-plasticating volume,injection speed.The quality of microcellular foaming was improved by predicting and verifying the optimal value of microcellular based on the best process combination.
