随着社会经济的发展和国家对职业教育的重视,我国的高等职业教育呈现出稳步上升的发展趋势,已经成为高等教育体系中的重要组成部分。然而,高等职业教育在发展中也存在一些问题,最明显的就是高职毕业生的就业率普遍偏低,培养出的人才不能满足行业社会的需求,其原因很多,但最根本的就是高职毕业生的实践能力较低不能满足职业要求。而以实践教学为载体开展职业能力培养,已逐渐成为新时期高职院校的重要指导思想,贯穿于高职教育教学的全过程。而且,实践教学比理论教学更能吸引学生的注意力,提高学生的兴趣。本文探讨了以能力为导向的高职实践教学模式。

Along with the social and economic development as well as the national attention for the occupation education, the higher occupation education in China presents a trend of steadily rising, and has become an important part of higher education system. However, the higher occupation education has some problems in development. The most obvious is that the students' employment rate is generally low;the training talents can not meet the demands of industry society. There are many reasons, but the most fundamental reason is the higher vocational graduates' low practical ability can not meet the requirements of occupation. While the development of occupation ability that taking practice teaching as a carrier has gradually become an important guiding ideology of higher vocational colleges in new period and throughout the whole teaching process of higher vocational education. Moreover, the practice teaching attracts more students' attention than theoretical teaching and enhances students' interest. This paper discusses the practical teaching pattern of higher vocational education in ability oriented.
