Since our country jointed WTO, the market competition is intense. Electric power enterprises want to pur- suit development in the economic market competition and want to have a place to live in, it is necessary to strengthen the enterprise own competitive ability, and constantly sel-improvement, strive for the best interests of enterprises. In this pa- per the characteristics and application prospects of ERP are introduced, the electric power enterprises current situation, the pursuit objectives of business, the significance of the implementation of ERP,and so on several aspects are discussed.
