探讨了《三国演义》性别称谓体系中的性别歧视色彩，分析了泰勒在翻译中对这一体系的解构与重构，即通过对原文性别话语体系的积极干预和介入，淡化、规避了原文中的性别歧视现象，颠覆了以男性为中心的称谓语体系，重构了性别形象和性别关系，体现出了难能可贵的先锋意识。
探討瞭《三國縯義》性彆稱謂體繫中的性彆歧視色綵，分析瞭泰勒在翻譯中對這一體繫的解構與重構，即通過對原文性彆話語體繫的積極榦預和介入，淡化、規避瞭原文中的性彆歧視現象，顛覆瞭以男性為中心的稱謂語體繫，重構瞭性彆形象和性彆關繫，體現齣瞭難能可貴的先鋒意識。

This paper explores the sexual discrimination in the gender appellation system in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and analyses Taylor's deconstruction and reconstruction of the system in his translation. Through his intervention, Taylor dissolves the sexual discrimination, and thus the gender appellation system in the original is deconstructed and reconstructed, which reveals his pioneering spirit in the translation.
