含有的NH4+-N和NO3--N高浓度的硝铵废水是当前亟待研究难题。总结了国内外各种治理硝铵废水技术的优缺点;其次根据分析结果,采取两步法对硝铵废水中氨氮进行除去实验,结果表明,与目前工厂常用方法相比,优化后的废液回收系统处理过的废水中氨氮和总氮分别降低了58.8%和51.6%,回收量显著增加;结合实验结果和硝铵废水实际状况,给出了实现废水零排放的治理方案,为硝铵废水的处理提供了途径和参考。

Treatment of wastewater with high NH4+-N and NO3--N concentrations is an important subject. In this paper, merits and demerits of present wastewater-treatment processes were firstly summarized. According to the analysis, two-step method was used to experimentally treat the wastewater. The results show that, the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in wastewater treated by improved technology (two-step method) are about 58.8%and 51.6%, compared with present method used in practical factory. The amount of recovery solution is enhanced observably. Based on the experimental results, the technology of zero discharge of wastewater with high NH4+-N and NO3--N concentrations was finally pointed out. The findings in the paper can provide important reference for treatment of wastewater with ammonium nitrate.
