以聚羧酸系高效减水剂BF-808为基础,探索其与新型缓凝剂BF-609、葡萄糖酸钠、蔗糖、柠檬酸钠复合使用时对初始及1小时水泥净浆流动度的影响。试验结果表明,当减水剂BF-808掺量为1.0%、缓凝剂BF-609掺量为减水剂掺量的0.5%、葡萄糖酸钠掺量为减水剂掺量的3.0%时,减水率为28%左右,初始及1小时净浆流动度最大可达336mm,272mm。
以聚羧痠繫高效減水劑BF-808為基礎,探索其與新型緩凝劑BF-609、葡萄糖痠鈉、蔗糖、檸檬痠鈉複閤使用時對初始及1小時水泥淨漿流動度的影響。試驗結果錶明,噹減水劑BF-808摻量為1.0%、緩凝劑BF-609摻量為減水劑摻量的0.5%、葡萄糖痠鈉摻量為減水劑摻量的3.0%時,減水率為28%左右,初始及1小時淨漿流動度最大可達336mm,272mm。
이취최산계고효감수제BF-808위기출,탐색기여신형완응제BF-609、포도당산납、자당、저몽산납복합사용시대초시급1소시수니정장류동도적영향。시험결과표명,당감수제BF-808참량위1.0%、완응제BF-609참량위감수제참량적0.5%、포도당산납참량위감수제참량적3.0%시,감수솔위28%좌우,초시급1소시정장류동도최대가체336mm,272mm。
The integrative effect is investigated when the polycarboxylate superplasticizer BF-808 is compounded with the retarders such as BF-609,sodium gluconate,sucrose,sodium citrate,to the fluidity of cement mortar in the initial time and 1 hour.The experiments reveal that the water reducing rate amounts to 28%,and the fluidity of cement mortar reaches the biggest degree 353mm in the initial time and 272mm in 1 hour when the dosage of BF 808 is 1.0% corresponding to the cement weight,BF-609 is 0.5% and sodium gluconate is 3.0% corresponding to the BF-808 weight.
