针对解决储运系统能耗较高的问题,使用变频调节技术调节输油泵的流量,并应用实例计算对变频调节技术在原油管道输送中的应用进行了分析。结果表明变频调节技术具有较好的节能效果并产生较大的经济利益。是解决储运系统能耗较高的一种行之有效的方法。

In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of the storage and transportation system, the inverter control technology was used to regulate the flow of oil transfer pump. Application of the inverter control technology in crude oil pipeline was analyzed by the example calculation. The results show that the inverter control technology has good energy saving effect and generates greater economic benefits. It is a kind of effective solution to high energy consumption of storage system.
