中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司220万t/a蜡油加氢装置是油品质量升级改造第一阶段的核心工程之一,采用中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的 FFHT 蜡油加氢处理工艺技术,由中石化集团洛阳工程公司设计。加氢处理催化剂主要采用FRIPP开发的FF-24催化剂和部分再生FF-18催化剂,本文结合催化剂的装填、硫化和开工情况,对装置的实际运行情况从催化剂性能、原料性质、反应条件等方面进行了分析,将FF-24与装置过去使用过的精制催化剂FF-18的使用效果进行了分析对比。结果表明:FF-24催化剂具有优异而稳定的加氢脱硫、脱氮性能,对原料的适应性强,可满足减压蜡油(VGO)、焦化蜡油(CGO)及其混合油生产低硫蜡油的需求,确保了分公司汽油质量升级目标的实现。

2.2 Mt/a VGO hydrotreating unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company is one of the core projects for upgrading oil quality in the first stage,uses VGO hydrotreating process technology(FFHT) developed by Fushun Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals Research (FRIPP),and is designed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation(LPEC). Hydrotreating catalysts for the unit are FF-24 catalyst and regenerated FF-18 catalyst developed by FRIPP. In this paper, combined with the conditions of catalyst loading, catalyst drying and prevulcanization, actual running situation of the unit was analyzed from the aspects of catalyst property, feedstock property and reaction conditions. The performance of catalyst FF-24 was compared with catalyst FF-18. The results show that: FF-24 catalyst has excellent hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation ability,strong adaptability to feed,which can meet the demand of producing low sulfur gas oil from VGO,CGO and their blend,and can ensure to realize the goal of upgrading gasoline quality.
