使用 ANSYS 软件对加氢反应器下封头部分进行了整体有限元分析,对出料口法兰在设计压力下受到的管口载荷应力分布和变形,以及在水压试压下结构的整体应力分布进行了分析。按照JB4732-95《钢制压力容器-分析设计标准》对危险截面进行应力强度评定。分析结果发现,各个危险区域都符合强度要求,法兰处还有一定裕量,可以进行进一步的优化。

Finite element analysis of overall lower header of hydrogenation reactor was carried out by using ANSYS software. At material outlet, the stress distribution and deformation of the flange affected by the nozzle load under the design pressure were analyzed as well as its overall stress distribution in water pressure test. The stress intensity assessment of dangerous section was carried out based on JB4732-95 steel pressure vessel - analysis and design standards. The analysis results show that various hazardous areas can meet the strength requirements, there is a certain margin at the flange,it can be further optimized.
