实验采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝（MTT）法测定枸杞多糖、当归多糖和女贞子多糖对体外肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用．分别使用枸杞多糖、当归多糖和女贞子多糖作用于人白血病K562细胞，经不同浓度和不同时间作用后，采用MTT法测定3种多糖的体外抗肿瘤活性．结果显示：3种中药多糖都具有抗肿瘤活性，在一定范围内，随着多糖浓度的增加使得肿瘤细胞的抑制率增加，女贞子多糖在作用48h后对K562的抑瘤效果较枸杞多糖和当归多糖显著．

The MTT assay is used to study the inhibition rate of cell proliferation about Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide (LBP), Angelica Polysaccharide (APS). Ligustrum lucidum Polysaccharide(LLPS)act on tumor cells in vitro. Using the different dose and different effect time of LBP,APS.LLPS act on K562. Inhibition rate of cell proliferation were studied by MTT assay. The results indicate that three Chinese medicine polysaccharides could inhibit cancer cells. In a certain range, the inhibition of cell character depended on dose. LLPS in 48h owns the higher significant inhibitory effect of tumor on K562 than LBP and APS.
