普遍认为高职院校的使命是培养高技能人才，虽然至今对高技能人才没有一个统一的界定，但有一点可以肯定：高技能人才不只是掌握了某项技术的人，高技能人才的培养也不是多上几节实训课、多些顶岗实习就能实现的；技能素质只是一个方面，思想素质、文化素质、职业道德等等综合素质皆备才可称高技能人才。不同的学校、不同的校园文化氛围所培养出来的技能人才会有不同的特色。因为校园是人才成长的重要环境，校园文化给人才培养以风格导向，学生综合素质的养成，很大程度上要受到校园文化的影响。

It is generally beheved that the task of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-skill talents. Thottgh without a unified defi- nition about it till today, but one thing is certain: the high skill talents cannot be realized not only just by mastering a technology, taking a few days training course as well as some field work. Skill is just one side, comprehensive quality such as ideological quality, cultural quality and pro fessional ethics are prepared, so can we call it high skill talents. Different schools and different campus culture atmosphere have trained skills talents with different characteristics. Because campus is an important growth environment for the talented person, campus culture have a style guide for training talents, the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality influenced by campus culture to a great extent.
