Nutrition and Hygiene in Cooking is a practical course for cuisine students in vocational colleges.In order to improve the teaching of the course,this paper emphasizes the practicability and applicability of the course and targets such problems as monotonous teaching methods,non-motivated students and ineffective teaching.
