随着排放法规要求的日益严格,OBD技术在机动车排放控制领域的重要性日益突现。不仅作为新生产车辆强制性要求的要素,也将成为在用车I/M制度管理的重要内容。依据OBD技术标准要求,在柴油车后处理DPF系统上进行了OBD功能模块的结构设计,使DPF系统的控制单元DCU具备OBD功能,以满足欧Ⅲ及更高标准的排放法规要求。该诊断功能结构的布局具有通用意义,为柴油车整车OBD系统的开发提供借鉴。

Abstract: OBD technology is becoming increasingly important in the automobile emission control field along with the increasingly rigorous requirements of emission control regulations. OBD technology is not only regarded as obligatory element of new produced vehicle, but also an important content of I/M management of the in-use vehicle. Referring to the requirement of OBD technique standard, in order to have the DPF system equipped with the function of OBD and satisfy the requirement of Euro Ⅲ emission regulation or further standard, we construct the diagnostic functional configuration related to the OBD on the diesel vehicle. The layout of diagnostic functional configuration has common sense, and may give help to the development of whole OBD system on diesel vehicle.
