通过增大综采工作面液压支架供、回液管路直径,形成双进双回环形供液系统,降低了管路中的压力损失,提高了液压支架的移架速度和初撑力;将采煤机摇臂截割功率由650kW提高到750kW,同时通过调整采煤机摇臂齿轮齿数,提高了滚筒转速,加快了割煤的速度,提高了工作面产量。
通過增大綜採工作麵液壓支架供、迴液管路直徑,形成雙進雙迴環形供液繫統,降低瞭管路中的壓力損失,提高瞭液壓支架的移架速度和初撐力;將採煤機搖臂截割功率由650kW提高到750kW,同時通過調整採煤機搖臂齒輪齒數,提高瞭滾筒轉速,加快瞭割煤的速度,提高瞭工作麵產量。

The double in and out circle fluid supplying system is formed by increasing the diameters of hydraulic support supply and return tube at fully mechanized coal mining. This reduces pressure loss in the tube and increase the shift speed and original supporting of hydraulic support. The cutting power of shearer' s ranging arm increases from 650 kW to 750 kW. By adjusting the number of gear, the pulley' s rotate speed is improved and the cutting speed is faster, which improves productivity.
