为能实时方便地监控恒温箱的温度变化情况,设计了一套基于单片机和组态王的温度监控系统。该系统可将每个恒温箱的温度值实时显示,上传到计算机中进行显示、存储等处理,并采用AT89S52单片机组成下位机系统,上位机采用组态王设计监控画面。AT89S52采用ASCII协议和组态王通信,单片机之间采用RS-485总线实现互联。该温度监控系统已经在现场得到应用,运行情况良好。
為能實時方便地鑑控恆溫箱的溫度變化情況,設計瞭一套基于單片機和組態王的溫度鑑控繫統。該繫統可將每箇恆溫箱的溫度值實時顯示,上傳到計算機中進行顯示、存儲等處理,併採用AT89S52單片機組成下位機繫統,上位機採用組態王設計鑑控畫麵。AT89S52採用ASCII協議和組態王通信,單片機之間採用RS-485總線實現互聯。該溫度鑑控繫統已經在現場得到應用,運行情況良好。

Designs a temperature monitoring system based on single chip and configuration-king in order to observe the temperature of incubator in time. This system can display incubator' s temperature real time and upload the data to computer processing. The lower computer system is constituted by AT89S52 single chip. The monitoring picture display designs by configuration-king in the upper computer. The AT89852 adopts ASCII protocol and configuration-king communication. The RS-485 bus is used between single chips to realize connect of each other. This temperature monitoring system has been applied and operates stable.
