针对煤矿井下地质条件复杂,支架压力变化大,供液系统压力波动大等问题,采用PLC为控制核心,结合变频调速,设计了一套恒压供液PLC变频调速控制系统。该系统经现场运行表明,系统平稳、可靠、节能,达到了设计要求。
針對煤礦井下地質條件複雜,支架壓力變化大,供液繫統壓力波動大等問題,採用PLC為控製覈心,結閤變頻調速,設計瞭一套恆壓供液PLC變頻調速控製繫統。該繫統經現場運行錶明,繫統平穩、可靠、節能,達到瞭設計要求。

According to the problems such as complicated geological condition, variable hydraulic support pressure change and big fluctuation of hydraulic supply pressure, the frequency control speed drive system of constant voltage and hydraulic supply system is designed based on PLC and combined with frequency speed regulation. The operation shows that the system is stable, reliable and energy-saving, which meets the design requirements.
