随着超声波传感器技术和PLC(可编程控制器)控制技术的发展,以超声波测距传感器作为采集手段,PLC作为控制核心,开发了一种矿井提升机按恒定减速的速度给定单元,克服了传统提升机控制系统减速单元凸轮板制作困难、减速度不稳定、故障点多等不足,提高了提升机减速段减速性能。重点设计了提升机以恒定减速的速度给定控制硬件系统和控制器的算法。
隨著超聲波傳感器技術和PLC(可編程控製器)控製技術的髮展,以超聲波測距傳感器作為採集手段,PLC作為控製覈心,開髮瞭一種礦井提升機按恆定減速的速度給定單元,剋服瞭傳統提升機控製繫統減速單元凸輪闆製作睏難、減速度不穩定、故障點多等不足,提高瞭提升機減速段減速性能。重點設計瞭提升機以恆定減速的速度給定控製硬件繫統和控製器的算法。

With the development of ultrasonic sensor technology and PLC control technology, the velocity setting unit of coal mine hoist is designed, which takes ultrasonic sensor as collecting way and PLC as the control core. This velocity setting unit overcome the shortcomings of traditional hoist control system, such as making cam plate hard, reducing speed instability, multiple fault points. The new one improves hoist deceleration performance. The algorithm is designed that hoist controls the hardware system for constant deceleration speed and controllers.
