建立采煤机湿式多盘制动器三维有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对制动器在非制动状态下的温度场进行数值模拟计算,得出制动器温度分布状况,分析了内外摩擦片的温度场情况,对比不同行程下内摩擦片的温度变化情况,可为进一步研究湿式多盘制动器提供参考。

The 3D finite element model of wet multi-disk brake for shearer is established. And then the numerical simulation of the temperature field is calculated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS under the circumstance that brake in free state. As a result, gets the distribution of temperature of the brake. The temperature fields of the inner and outer friction disks are analyzed and the variation during different strokes are compared. The study provides a reference for further researching brake of this type.
