采用GB/T24893--2010((动植物油脂多环芳烃的测定》中的液液萃取方法提取动植物油脂中的苯并(a)芘,用中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化,用反相高效液相色谱法-荧光检测器定量检测试样中的苯并(a)芘含量。实验结果表明植物油的平均加标回收率为91.44%,动物油的平均加标回收率为91.69%。以茶油为试样,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.48%(n=7)。改进方法简单、操作易控制、方法精密度好、回收率高,适合测定动植物油脂中的苯并(a)芘含量。

The benzo(a) pyrene was extracted from animal and vegetable fats and oils by liquid phase ex- traction according to GB/T 24893 - 2010 Animal and vegetable fats and oils - Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which was purified by solid phase extraction of neutral alumina column, and de- termined by reverse -phase high performance liquid chromatography - fluorescence method. The results indicated that the average recovery rate for vegetable fats and oils was 91.44%, and that for animal fats and oils was 91.69%. The relative standard deviation was 1.48% (n = 7 )for the determination results of tea seed oil. This revised method was simple and easy to operate, had good precision and high rate of re- coveries. Thus the revised method was fit for determination of benzo(a) pyrene content in animal and veg- etable fats and oils.
