对豆渣水溶性膳食纤维(SDF)的功能性进行了研究,分别以人体肠道内典型的长双歧杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌为实验菌株,从体外观察了SDF促进双歧杆菌增殖的效果,讨论了底物浓度对双歧杆菌增殖效果的影响。结果表明豆渣水溶性膳食纤维对婴儿双歧杆菌和长双歧杆菌的增殖都具有促进作用;并且对混合菌株的增殖效果更为显著。

The functions of soluble dietary fiber (SDF) from soybean dregs were studied. Two kinds of typical intestinal strains, B. longum and B. infantis, were used as test strain. The effect of promoting the proliferation of bifidobaetefium by SDF was investigated. Meanwhile, the influence of substrate concen- tration on the proliferation of bifidobacterium was discussed. The result showed that the effect of SDF on the proliferation of both bifidobacterium was obvious, especially on the mixed strains.
