采用CI-34|D超轻便携式光合仪对冰山景天植株进行先合特性的测定。同时采用漫提法对其植株进行叶绿素含量的测定。结果表明:冰山景天在遮荫75%条件下,光合参数显著高于其他遮荫条件下的植株,且净光合速率受光合有效辐射的影响比较明显。叶绿素含量表现为:75%〉50%〉25%〉全光,叶绿素a/b值表现为:75%〈50%〈25%〈全光。

The photosynthetic were measured by portable photosynthetic analyzer CI -340, at the same time, the content of chlorophyll were measured by way of the extraction. The results showed that the plants growth on 75% shading treatment, their photosynthetic parameters were significantly higher than other shading plants. The photosynthetic active radiation affects net photosynthetic rate, which is more obvious. According to multiple analysis. The content of chlorophyll showed: 75% 〉 50% 〉 25% 〉 all -optical, and the value of chlorophyll were as follows: 75% 〈50% 〈25% 〈 all -optical.
