采用ISSR分子标记分析了马尾松(Pinusmassoniana)和黄山松(Pinushwangshanensis)的渐渗,遗传距离和聚类分析结果均表明:马尾松和黄山松在垂直分布重叠区内存在基因渐渗现象;在高海拔的地区渐渗群体趋向黄山松,在低海拔地区渐渗群体趋向马尾松。
採用ISSR分子標記分析瞭馬尾鬆(Pinusmassoniana)和黃山鬆(Pinushwangshanensis)的漸滲,遺傳距離和聚類分析結果均錶明:馬尾鬆和黃山鬆在垂直分佈重疊區內存在基因漸滲現象;在高海拔的地區漸滲群體趨嚮黃山鬆,在低海拔地區漸滲群體趨嚮馬尾鬆。

ISSR marker were used to study the introgression between Pinus hwangshanensis and Pinus massoniana. The results of UPGMA claster analysis and genetic distance indicated that the introgression existed in the overlap zone between the two species. In the high altitude area introgressive groups tend to Pinus hwangshanensis, and in low altitude area introgressive group tend to Pinus massoniana.
