为了更完整地反映出风险的模糊性和随机性,首次将云模型引入到风险的衡量和预警中。通过云模型的隶属云发生器将风险的定性描述转换为更为准确的定量表示,再通过云雾化和相似云的性质,比较风险的理想云和现实云的差别,从而得到风险较大区域,当风险超过阙值即行预警。最后通过一个实例,描述通过云模型预测风险的整个过程。

In order to fully reflect the fuzziness and randomness of risk, the cloud model is integrated to the measure and warning of risk. With membership cloud generators of the cloud model, qualitative description of the risk is more accurately quantified.Through the nature of the similar cloud and the atomized cloud,compared with the ideal cloud and reality cloud of risk,higher risk areas can be detected .Warning comes when the risk exceeds the threshold. Finally, an example to describe the whole process of predicting risk by the cloud model.
