基于“农家书屋”平台，对农村新闻出版公共服务体系进行了较为全面的探讨，在理论梳理基础上，分析了“农家书屋”平台的公共服务现状及机制，并从制度保障体系、平台网络体系、内容供给体系、长效机制体系和评价考核体系五个方面探讨了农村新闻出版公共服务体系构建。

Based on the platform of "Farmers' Bookstore" ,this paper has a detailed study of the public service system of rural press and publication. With the theoretic carding, an analysis is made on the public service status quo and mechanism of" Farmers' Bookstore". Five respects for its construction are discussed, such as its safeguard system, the platform network system, contents-supplying system, long-term mechanism system and evaluation.system.
