以金钗石斛原球茎为实验材料，通过液体悬浮培养，研究金钗石斛原球茎的增殖和多糖成份积累进行了研究。结果表明：金钗石斛在B5培养基＋1．0mg·L^-1NAA，蔗糖浓度为3％，10％香蕉提取物上清液的液体培养基中增殖最佳，可溶性多糖成分累积相对较高。
이금차석곡원구경위실험재료，통과액체현부배양，연구금차석곡원구경적증식화다당성빈적루진행료연구。결과표명：금차석곡재B5배양기＋1．0mg·L^-1NAA，자당농도위3％，10％향초제취물상청액적액체배양기중증식최가，가용성다당성분루적상대교고。
In this paper, we performed a research based on the experimental material of dendrobium nobile protocorm through liquid suspension culture to study the dendrobium nobile protocorm multiplication and the polysaceharide accumulation. The result showed that: dendrobium nobile had the best proliferation in the liquid culture which mixed of B5 medium plus 1.0mg.L^-1 NAA, 3% sucrose concentration and 10% banana extract supernatant. Soluble polysaccharide accumulation is much more as well.
