以金钗石斛原球茎为实验材料,通过液体悬浮培养,研究金钗石斛原球茎的增殖和多糖成份积累进行了研究。结果表明:金钗石斛在B5培养基+1.0mg·L^-1NAA,蔗糖浓度为3%,10%香蕉提取物上清液的液体培养基中增殖最佳,可溶性多糖成分累积相对较高。
以金釵石斛原毬莖為實驗材料,通過液體懸浮培養,研究金釵石斛原毬莖的增殖和多糖成份積纍進行瞭研究。結果錶明:金釵石斛在B5培養基+1.0mg·L^-1NAA,蔗糖濃度為3%,10%香蕉提取物上清液的液體培養基中增殖最佳,可溶性多糖成分纍積相對較高。
이금차석곡원구경위실험재료,통과액체현부배양,연구금차석곡원구경적증식화다당성빈적루진행료연구。결과표명:금차석곡재B5배양기+1.0mg·L^-1NAA,자당농도위3%,10%향초제취물상청액적액체배양기중증식최가,가용성다당성분루적상대교고。
In this paper, we performed a research based on the experimental material of dendrobium nobile protocorm through liquid suspension culture to study the dendrobium nobile protocorm multiplication and the polysaceharide accumulation. The result showed that: dendrobium nobile had the best proliferation in the liquid culture which mixed of B5 medium plus 1.0mg.L^-1 NAA, 3% sucrose concentration and 10% banana extract supernatant. Soluble polysaccharide accumulation is much more as well.
