全球经济进入后危机时代，祖国大陆一台湾地区两岸经济进入ECFA时代，ECFA被誉为两岸合作的“高速公路”。在ECFA时代，开启两岸冷链物流合作的引擎，使两岸冷链物流合作尽快驶上“快车道”具有里程碑意义。基于两岸冷链物流的现状特征分析，探讨了后ECFA时代两岸冷链物流合作的机遇和挑战，最后从顶层设计、机制建设、路径选择、基础保障四个方面阐述了两岸冷链物流合作的实现路径。

With the global economy entering the post - crisis era and the cross - strait economy stepping into ECFA era , ECFA is known as the highway of cross - strait cooperation.
