为探寻杧果花枝经短截后剪口芽在当年还能再次分化并开花结果的机理,于杧果花枝(结果母枝)短截后剪口芽进行花芽分化期间,对剪口叶、附近韧皮部及芽的内源GA3含量进行定期检测,探索花芽分化进程中GA3含量的变化规律及特点,研究其在杧果花芽分化中的作用。结果表明:2月15日处理后,剪口叶、附近韧皮部GA3测定含量分别在2月15日、20日达到最高(10.03μg.g-1FW、9.23μg.g-1FW),于3月12日测得最低值(8.49μg.g-1FW和6.57μg.g-1FW),呈由高至低趋势;剪口芽内GA3则有所升高,由2月15日的最低值(6.69μg.g-1FW)升至3月7日的最高含量(14.2μg.g-1FW)。同时,剪口芽外观性状有较明显变化,与GA3含量变化较一致:2月25日起,剪口芽芽眼中心颜色逐渐呈蜡黄,并向芽体四周扩散,3月2~7日,芽体逐渐膨大,蜡黄色加深、芽眼呈半透明状,3月7日后绿色逐渐增加,半透明状消失,3月12日始花芽进入松散及花穗伸长期。

It is observed that after cutting back the flowering branch of Mango, the flower bud on the cutting place can still in differentiation. We measured the GA3 content of leaves, phloem and buds on the cutting section, the results showed that after the treatment on February 15th, the highest GA3 content of leaves, phloem, and buds appeared on Feb 15th, 20th and March 7th (10.03, 9.23 and 14.2 IJ g'g'~FW) respectively; the lowest content of the leaves and phloem appeared on March 12th (8.49 and 6.57 IJg-g~FW), and the lowest content of the bud was on Feb 15'h (6.69 IJ g.g~FW). Meanwhile, the external character of the bud has a significant change that was consistent with the change of GA3 content. On Feb 25is, the central color of bud eye gradually presented wax yellow, and spread around; during March 2nd to 7th, the buds gradually expanded, the color deepen, the bud eye presented translucent; after March 7th, it was gradually increased green, and the translucent disappeared. Beginning from March 12th, the flower bud was in the blooming period and the blossom cluster was in the elongating stage.
