每一台隧道掘进机(TBM)都是针对一定的地质条件设计制造的,其针对性强、通用性较差,在不良地质条件下,既需要TBM设备配置具有适应性,又必须采取适当的施工措施。结合锦屏二级电站引水隧洞TBM施工实践中遇到的大埋深、高地应力、极强岩爆的地质条件,研究了加强初期支护、岩面喷水、应力释放孔、应力释放导洞等解决措施,并付诸实施,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
每一檯隧道掘進機(TBM)都是針對一定的地質條件設計製造的,其針對性彊、通用性較差,在不良地質條件下,既需要TBM設備配置具有適應性,又必鬚採取適噹的施工措施。結閤錦屏二級電站引水隧洞TBM施工實踐中遇到的大埋深、高地應力、極彊巖爆的地質條件,研究瞭加彊初期支護、巖麵噴水、應力釋放孔、應力釋放導洞等解決措施,併付諸實施,取得瞭較好的應用效果,可為類似工程提供參攷。
매일태수도굴진궤(TBM)도시침대일정적지질조건설계제조적,기침대성강、통용성교차,재불량지질조건하,기수요TBM설비배치구유괄응성,우필수채취괄당적시공조시。결합금병이급전참인수수동TBM시공실천중우도적대매심、고지응력、겁강암폭적지질조건,연구료가강초기지호、암면분수、응력석방공、응력석방도동등해결조시,병부제실시,취득료교호적응용효과,가위유사공정제공삼고。
Each tunnel-boring machine(TBM) is designed and made especially for certain geological conditions,in which case it is strong in dealing with certain geological conditions but poor in universality.Under poor geological conditions,it is necessary not only for the allocation of the TBM equipment to have good adaptability but also for proper construction measures to be taken.With the TBM construction practice of the water-leading tunnel of the second-stage power station at Jinping as a practical example,which is conducted under the geological conditions of being deeply buried,high in geological stress and extremely serious in rock burst,discussed in the paper are such solutions as strengthening the initial support,spraying water over the rock surface,boring stress-releasing holes,digging stress-releasing guide shafts,etc.All those above-mentioned construction measures are put into practice and achieves fairly good application results.The paper may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
